We offer a range of products from funko products to collectable figures and more.

We are currently not offering pre-orders of items, but will in the future.

We send our items Australia-wide, we do not send internationally as of now, but maybe in the future. All items are sent via Australia Post.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard at this time.

We will offer other payments methods in the future such as Afterpay and Zip Pay.

• Once an order has been placed and payments have been cleared, allow up to 2-5 business days for order/s to be processed & packed before delivery.
• Please contact us before hand if you need an order specialised or in a hurry.
• Please always read the description before purchasing an item as we will mention its condition.
• By purchasing with us you have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Refunds are at the discretion of Pop Drop Collectables:

• We do not offer refunds/exchanges on products that we stated to be damaged.
• We do not offer refunds/exchanges for imperfections. As this is a subjective view from all collectors and as a retail store we sell at saleable condition.
• If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours from when the parcel has been delivered. As well as providing pictures of how the parcel was delivered and how the item was delivered.
• If any item/s that we have supplied are incorrect, please contact Pop Drop Collectables and we will solve it asap offering a replacement, store credit or a refund.
• Refunds will be refunded back to the payment method used.

Pop Drop Collectables do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases once an order has been placed and shipped.

Pop Drop collectables have the right to cancel any orders that breach the terms and conditions.

On some occasions Pop Drop Collectables will have limitations on items purchased during events if the terms and conditions of this event is breached we will cancel the order.

All Funko related products have paint flaws or flaws with every product produced. Funko has their own quality control program to ensure they get everything correct, however sometimes there are manufacturing flaws and we therefore do not offer exchanges or refunds for this case as Funko products are designed to transport the products. Funko minor box dents or creases are not considered a damaged product. Pop Drop Collectables ensures to inspect every product we receive before they are dispatched to their new homes in the best condition possible.
